The Aayam Fellowship is a 1-month intensive idea experimentation program designed for young graduates and aspiring entrepreneurs who already have an idea they want to test. Hosted by Aayam Skill Development Center, the fellowship provides a real-world platform to experiment, validate, and refine ideas through hands-on experience.
Unlike traditional programs, this fellowship focuses on action over theory—helping fellows quickly understand what works, what doesn’t, and what to do next.

Fellowship Structure (1-Month Journey)
Stage 1: Selection & Idea Screening
- Applicants submit their CV and motivation letter with their idea
- Ideas are assessed based on relevance, feasibility, and innovation

Stage 2: Idea Refinement & Experiment Design (Week 1)
- Fellows work with mentors to:
